Comprehensive Eye Exam


Our professional eye doctors will perform a complete evaluation to solve all your vision and eye health needs. Many systemic diseases are found through our thorough exams. Early diagnosis and treatment can prevent long-term damage. Our doctors will allow time to discuss your visual and eye health conditions and answer any questions you may have.

Please check with your Insurance Company to verify you have vision coverage. You can call the # on your insurance card or your Human Resources Dept for most accurate information.

We also welcome patients without insurance. We can offer you same day pay exam and eyeglasses priced to meet your budget.

NEW Patients- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out new patient information forms or visit our patient center to download and complete these forms prior to your first appointment.


What to bring to your eye appointment:

  • Medical Insurance Card
  • Vision Insurance Card (if applicable)
  • Form of payment (Cash / Check / Visa / Master Card / Discover / AMEX / Care Credit)
  • Drivers license or photo ID
  • List of your current medications
  • All of your glasses including sunglasses (We do complimentary adjustments!)
  • Your current contact lens prescription or boxes


What to expect at your eye appointment:

  • Routine eye exams take 45 to 60 minutes.
  • New patients need to fill out New Patient Information Form.
  • Dilation may be required. This will cause your near vision to be blurred for 2-4 hours.
  • Leave extra time to visit our Optical Dispensary for a new pair of fashionable glasses!
